Cork bark has long been a favorite terrarium wood. It is long lasting, and has a rounded shape which makes it ideal for using as a hide spot or breeding hut. Longer pieces can be leaned up against the back wall of the tank. When used in this way, bromeliads and other plants can easily be attached to it. Cork bark is also a renewable resource, as the bark is sheared from a living tree, which recovers and produces more bark.
This item is for you to select an amount of cork bark you would like. These pieces will be broken from our larger tubes, and usually are around six inches wide, and curved. So if you select a half pound piece, you will likely get a piece of cork around six to eight inches in length, or a good hide spot for your dart frogs. If you select a 1.5 pound piece, you will get a piece around 15 inches long, that could be used as a decoration to lean against the back wall, great for mounting broms or orchids on. Weight will be approximate.
In the picture for this item, on the left is a small piece weighing less than a half pound, in the middle is a piece weighing a bit more than half pound, and the last is a larger piece weighing around a pound and half.
