Fruit Fly Culturing Kit for 30 cultures (For Hydei)

This kit includes all the materials you will need to make thirty fruit fly cultures. The kit includes thirty 32 oz clear Twinpak cups, 15 Polyfab lids (lids are prepunched with holes and covered with fabric- Freeze briefly between uses to avoid mite problems), and enough media to make 30 cultures. We also include coffee filters, these seem to be needed to support the volume of flies and larvae this variety of flies produce. This kit is intended for D. hydei flies, our melanogaster kit is basically the same but includes excelsior instead of the coffee filters. Kit includes no flies!!
