The Milk Frog (Trachycephalus resinifictrix) inhabits the canopy of the South American rainforests. They breed in tree hollows, and are thought to rarely if ever descend to the forest floor. These are a great newcomer to the pet frog market, being easy to handle and care for. Care is much like a Whites Tree frog, just moister, and they can be handled much like a Whites can also.
They are also fairly easy to breed, and produce large clutches of eggs.
This item is an individual Milk frog, there are several available currently (late February, 2012). These frogs are from mid summer 2011, and are around 2 inches in length. Contact us if you are interested in several, a small price break can be arranged if you are purchasing four or more.
