Orange A. galactonotus Sub-Adult Group of Four

Orange A. galactonotus Sub-Adult Group of Four

This listing is for Andrew Hirtzel, to replace an existing order for two orange galactonotus juveniles.  By paying the below amount of $370, Andrew will be paying for the below described group of sub adult orange galactonotus and two sub adult bicolor, green leg morph, and I'll try to select for females.  The juveniles previously ordered wont be included in the shipment, just the six frogs listed above.

This offering is for a group of sub-adult Orange galactonotus. For those of you familiar with the variants in these frogs, this is what is known as the "90% Orange" morph.   These four frogs are around 10 months old, and currently I wouldn't feel confident in sexing them.  However in general I have had excellent results putting groups just like this into a setup and allowing them to continue to mature.  In most cases breeding will follow in a few months.
While it is fair to describe them as terrestrial, they do generally climb in the terrarium, and will explore all over in the tank.  As discussed in other spots on the site, (see the species page linked below) these frogs seem to require a small group to breed.  I've heard of people breeding galacs in pairs, particularly the yellow form, but it has never worked out for me.  I'd suggest a terrarium 36 inches long and 18 inches front to back.
These frogs in particular seem to be fairly seasonal, and will be bolder and more likely to lay eggs during their!  "season".  However I'd be at a loss to say when that season is, or what seems to kick them off, they kind of set their own schedule.
The actual frogs are not pictured in the ad, however they are very similar, and I will take photos for anyone that would like to see them.
